盘扣式脚手架节点由于具有半刚性特征,在荷载作用下呈现出明显的几何非线性特征,对结构稳定性产生不利影响。本文通过节点足尺试验与数值模拟相结合的方法对盘扣式脚手架节点的抗弯性能开展研究。首先,制作3组相同的足尺试验节点,测得了节点的抗弯刚度和抗弯极限承载力,并基于节点的荷载-位移曲线建立了盘扣式脚手架节点的三折线抗弯刚度计算模型;之后,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了试验节点的精细化有限元模型,通过模拟结果与试验结果的对比,验证了模型的准确性,获取了加载过程中的节点应力分布情况及破坏模式;最后 ...
