为研究波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁抗火性能及抗火设计方法,采用ANSYS软件建立热-力耦合分析模型,分析了受火工况下组合箱梁的挠度、侧向位移、钢束张力以及抗弯承载能力的变化规律,并以组合箱梁的挠度和腹板侧向位移为判定指标,提出了一种关于波形钢腹板组合箱梁的抗火设计方法。结果表明:荷载比是影响组合箱梁挠度发展的关键因素;受火全过程中,钢束张力的变化对组合箱梁挠度、侧向位移以及承载能力的变化影响较大;组合箱梁受火初期挠度增长缓慢,在横隔板处形成塑性铰后,跨中挠度快速增大,然后在加载处形成塑性铰 ...

为研究部分包覆钢-混凝土组合梁(PEC梁)的抗火性能,基于既有试验建立PEC梁有限元分析模型,对PEC梁高温下的受力性能展开研究,考察防火涂层厚度、截面尺寸等因素对构件温度场的影响,考察荷载比、防火涂层厚度、截面尺寸、纵筋配筋率等因素对构件耐火极限的影响。结果表明:温度越高,构件的跨中变形速率越大;构件的升温速率随截面尺寸和防火涂层厚度的增加而减小;荷载比、防火涂层厚度和截面尺寸是影响PEC梁耐火极限的主要因素。在参数分析的基础上,提出PEC梁耐火极限计算公式,计算结果与数值模拟结果的误差在5%以内 ...

地震易诱发次生火灾从而加剧结构破坏和生命财产损失。自复位耗能钢框架作为一种新型可恢复功能体系,已有研究聚焦其抗震性能评价,但尚且缺乏对其震后火灾下的灾变行为和失效机理的相关研究。针对一种以预应力钢棒和屈曲约束板为自复位和耗能元件的新型钢框架,基于节点试验对其抗震及震后抗火性能进行研究。抗震试验结果表明,设计合理的自复位耗能节点在转角高达6%时,仍可实现预期的损伤集中和震后复位机制。震后抗火试验结果表明,在经历幅值6%的转角变形后,自复位耗能节点仍具备长达1.5 h的耐火极限和高于900 °C的耐火温度 ...

为提升内填充轻钢复合墙体的抗火性能,开展了两片双层石膏板覆面岩棉内填充非承重轻钢复合墙体抗火试验研究,探究不同填充层布置对墙体抗火性能的影响。结果表明:相较于空腔全填充墙体,龙骨无填充墙体受火过程中热翼缘温升更慢、冷热翼缘温差更小,龙骨无填充墙体的承重抗火性能优于空腔全填充墙体。同时,在0.27荷载比率条件下,龙骨无填充墙体的耐火极限相较于空腔全填充墙体提升11.5%左右,龙骨无填充墙体施工比空腔全填充墙体更为简便。因此,可以考虑采用墙柱无填充的构造形式来代替内填充构造以提升该类墙体承重抗火性能。此外 ...
