应用增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）单克隆抗体免疫组化方法检测４０例骨肿瘤切片。结果表明，各亚型和各组织学分级的骨肉瘤和骨巨细胞瘤ＰＣＮＡ阳性率无统计学意义。骨巨细胞瘤组织中的单核基质细胞和多核巨细胞中的部分细胞核呈ＰＣＮＡ阳性，提示单核基质细胞是肿瘤性细胞，而部分多核巨细胞是由这些肿瘤性单核基质细胞融合而来。软骨肉瘤ＰＣＮＡ阳性率明显低于骨肉瘤的软骨母细胞型。
