平板法试验研究高强与高性能混凝土抗裂性能 [PDF]

高强与高性能混凝土胶结料用量较多,砂率较大,粗骨料用量相对较少,而且水胶比较低,常掺有其它掺合料,因此若处理不妥易出现混凝土早期开裂现象.本文在圆环法试验的基础上通过平板法试验,研究分析不同水胶比和不同粉煤灰掺量对高强与高性能混凝土开裂性的影响.研究结果表明,高强与高性能混凝土的裂缝主要发生在早期,因此在早期就应该及时采取控制裂缝的措施;在低水胶比的情况下,水胶比对高强与高性能混凝土抗裂性能的影响较为明显,水胶比越小,开裂越严重;掺入粉煤灰对混凝土抗裂有所改善,但是其掺量对抗裂的影响并不是呈定向规律 ...

新型模块装配式灌浆钢梁柱节点滞回性能试验研究

提出一种新型模块装配式灌浆钢梁柱节点,其上、下模块的梁通过螺栓连接,而方钢管柱通过内套承插钢管连接,且钢管柱内壁与承插管外壁设置抗剪键并灌浆。为了研究所提出节点的滞回性能、破坏模式、节点承载力以及节点的转动能力,对2个节点试件进行了低周往复加载试验,结果表明:两试件均发生钢管柱局部屈曲,并最终在梁柱焊接处钢管柱发生开裂;该新型节点的承载力、延性以及耗能能力与比对组未灌浆承插节点基本相同,同时灌浆节点试件的塑性转角满足美国抗震规范的限值要求,表明灌浆节点具有良好的抗震性能。
