目的探讨血清唾液酸(SA)和EB病毒壳抗原IgA(VCA-IgA)抗体检测在喉部肿瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2014年2月-2019年1月广元市中心医院的经临床病理检查确诊为喉部恶性肿瘤患者85例设为恶性组,将同期经临床病理检查确诊为喉部良性病变患者85例设为良性组,对所有患者均行SA和VCA-IgA抗体检测,比较两组SA、VCA-IgA抗体水平,以ROC曲线分析SA、VCA-IgA抗体检测及其两者联合对喉部肿瘤良恶性的诊断价值,比较恶性组不同TNM病理分期、不同预后结局患者SA、VCA ...

为探究ClO4-胁迫下外源水杨酸(salicylic acid,SA)对菊芋(Helianthus tuberosus L.)的生理调节作用,以徐州、潍坊和南京3个不同产地耐盐菊芋为试材,进行液培处理,研究NaClO4胁迫条件下(50 mmol/L),SA不同时间间隔喷施处理对菊芋幼苗的形态学指标、根系活力和光合作用及抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明,ClO4-对菊芋幼苗的生长发育可产生不同程度的毒害作用,喷施SA可有效减轻其对植株的胁迫损伤,且不同产地菊芋的变化趋势相似,植物鲜重、叶面积、株高和根长明显改善,

目的 检测类风湿性关节炎 (RA)患者血清抗Sa抗体 ,并探讨Sa抗体对RA的诊断意义。方法 Western blot方法。结果 抗Sa抗体诊断RA的敏感度为 42 .7% ,特异度为 1 0 0 % ,阳性确诊率为 1 0 0 % ,阴性确诊率为71 1 %。结论 血清抗Sa抗体对RA诊断的特异度和阳性确诊率均高于类风湿因子 (RF) ,因此具有临床实用价值。
