复合绝缘子运维经验表明界面发热是一种比较严重的缺陷形式。为了研究复合绝缘子界面发热对护套透水性能的影响,首先构建了复合绝缘子的热路模型,验证了该模型的有效性,推导了护套厚度对内外温升的影响,结果表明故障复合绝缘子的界面发热能力一定时,护套更厚的复合绝缘子界面缺陷处温度更高,护套表面温度更低。利用品红溶液渗透硅橡胶片,研究了复合绝缘子界面发热对硅橡胶透水的影响,结果表明溶液渗透深度与时间的平方根近似呈线性关系,温度越高,硅橡胶透水速度越快;分析了水分与温度对芯棒材料水解的影响 ...
