母排绝缘护套表面缺陷电热耦合仿真研究

母排是用来汇集和分配电流的导体,其表面的绝缘护套主要起到防止腐蚀和绝缘保护的作用。绝缘护套存在缺陷均影响护套电场、电流以及温度分布,从而威胁变电站的正常运行。文中基于有限元仿真软件,构建了部分绝缘护套老化缺陷、外部绝缘污秽缺陷、双相母排搭接异物缺陷3种典型的缺陷模型,并在此基础上对绝缘护套表面电场、温度分布和泄漏电流变化情况进行了分析。结果表明,绝缘护套表面老化会因绝缘电阻减小而导致泄漏电流显著增加,附着金属异物和双相母排间搭接异物则对泄漏电流影响较小 ...

海陆缆过渡接头接地电流三相不平衡问题分析

针对海陆缆过渡接头处护套接地电流存在三相不平衡的问题,以某220 kV海陆缆混合线路为例,研究过渡接头处护套接地电流三相不平衡的原因。通过理论分析、仿真计算和试验验证发现回流缆的布置及接地方式是导致护套接地电流三相不平衡的主要原因。根据研究结果,提出回流缆布置及接地方式的改造方案,有效解决过渡接头处护套接地电流三相不平衡的问题,保障海陆缆安全稳定运行。

合成绝缘子耐污性能的试验研究

用固体涂层法和盐雾法对硅橡胶护套、氟塑料护套、瓷护套合成绝缘子和标准型瓷绝缘子做人工污秽对比试验。两种试验结果相仿,但有差别。在盐雾试验中,更能显出合成绝缘子表面憎水性的作用。在实验室中,合成绝缘子有优异的耐污性能。但需要进行长期运行试验,来考验表面性能的耐久性。
