系统护理干预对妇科癌症病人化疗期生活质量的影响

摘要: (免费在线浏览)摘要:[目的] 探讨系统护理干预对妇科癌症病人化疗期生活质量的影响。[方法] 将初次接受化疗的妇科癌症病人80例随机分为干预组和对照组各40人。对照组仅采用常规护理方法,干预组在常规护理的基础上进行支持性心理治疗、健康教育放松训练、有效应对方式、家庭及社会支持等系统护理干预。[结果]12周后干预组生活质量综合评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。焦虑抑郁评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]系统护理干预显著提高妇科癌症病人化疗期生活质量,缓解病人焦虑抑郁水平。

We profiled nutritional and physiological markers in captive sifakas, endangered primates from Madagascar, managed in expansive, non‐native forest enclosures. Variation in many markers reflects freely foraged diets and the energy required to maintain homeostasis under more naturalistic conditions.

Weight reduction intervention and self-care ability of children with simple obesity

[目的]培养单纯性肥胖儿童自我护理的能力。[方法]以家庭干预为主,配合学校、社区的指导和健康教育,以控制饮食、增加运动、心理健康指导为主要干预内容。[结果]经过1年的干预,干预组儿童身高增长与正常对照组一致,肥胖度明显降低;对自我护理的态度发生了明显的变化。[结论]通过家庭、学校、社区的教育和管理,实施饮食、运动和心理干预,可使肥胖儿童的体重降低,并形成自我护理的能力.

Influence of nursing intervention on personality psychological health of gravida

[目的]探讨孕晚期护理干预措施对孕妇个性心理的影响。[方法]将119名孕妇随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组进行护理干预,对照组未予干预,孕期结束后对两组产妇立即用艾森克个性心理问卷(EPQ)进行评价。[结果]对照组比实验组情绪稳定性较差,神经质倾向更为明显。[结论]孕晚期护理干预有助于缓解孕产妇由于个性偏颇而导致的各种心理问题与异常行为反应。
