实用医学研究, 2020 目的：探究急诊心梗护理中优化急诊护理流程的应用。方法：随机抽取本院 98 例急性心梗患者，利用摸球法分为研究组（使用常规护理，并优化急诊护理流程）与对照组（使用常规护理），对比两组的护理效果。结果：经治疗，研究组 ST 段断回落、心肌酶谱回落、胸痛缓解、死亡例数，均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），研究组患者各项抢救时间明显低于对照组，两组差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：优化急诊护理流程对急诊心梗各项抢救效果改善明显，可缩短患者抢救时间，降低死亡率，临床价值高。
