目的 为了完善介入手术室的管理制度，防止差错事故的发生，提高工作效率和服务质量满意率。方法 课题组设计了介入手术室巡回护士工作路径表.，并严格按照规定的路径表工作，避免工作的随意性和盲目性，通过此表应用前后的对比研究，总结其优越性，并逐步加以完善。结果 各项工作指标和护理质量均明显提高，器械物品准备完好率由原来的84.8%上升到99.6%，巡回护士在手术配合过程中工作缺陷率有原来的1.2%下降到0.3%。结论 器械物品准备完好率明显提高，保证了工作的有序性和高效性，有助于护士规范操作 ...
