, 2016 目的 观察与评价助产士心理护理配合分娩球助产对初产妇产程过程的临床影响。方法 将2015 年4—12月208 例初产妇作为观察组，采用助产士心理护理配合分娩球助产，将2014 年4—12月229 例初产妇作为对照组，采用传统助产模式，对两组的分娩方式、产程时间、产后2 h 出血量进行比较分析。结果 观察组较对照组剖宫产率下降，产后2 h 出血量减少，产程时间缩短，差异有统计学意义。结论 助产士心理护理模式配合分娩球助产有利于提高产科服务质量，更好地保障母婴健康。Objective: To ...
