Qualitative study on demands of emergency doctors for nurses’ first-aid nursing ability
Huli yanjiu, 2015 [目的]探讨急诊科医生对护士急救护理能力的要求与期望,以期促进医护合作,改善病人结局。[方法]采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对9名急诊科医生进行半结构式深度访谈,应用现象学归纳法分析所得资料。[结果]提炼出5个主题,即基础及前沿专业知识、护理技能与急救配合、护理临床思维能力、沟通协调能力、心理素质。[结论]急诊护理实践要求护士对急救护理能力的掌握不仅是完成任务,还要明白为什么,以护理临床思维去思考问题,在实践中积累经验,配合医生更好地改善病人的结局。

Huli yanjiu, 2004 [目的 ]探讨烤瓷贴面美容修复前牙间隙的护理配合。 [方法 ]护理人员在美容修复过程中积极配合医生开展四手操作 ,并加强了对病人的心理护理。 [结果 ] 46例病人顺利完成烤瓷贴面美容修复前牙间隙。 [结论 ]四手操作缩短了医生在病人口腔内的操作时间 ,提高了口腔美容的工作效率。
