Huli yanjiu, 2008 摘要： （免费在线浏览）急诊科是医院的窗口科室，兼有门诊危重病的抢救和ICU病房进一步诊治与护理，具有危、重、乱的临床特点，管理较困难。如何提高护理管理水平、提高疑难重症的救护能力、防范护患纠纷是急诊科面临的新挑战。临床中自2006年以来我科组织了30余次急诊护理会诊，明显提高了护理管理水平，增强了全科护理人员的业务素质，收到良好的护理效果。
