Huli yanjiu, 2008 摘要： （免费在线浏览）手术对病人的身心是一种刺激和负担，往往会引起病人不良的生理与心理反应，而门诊手术病人就诊后需马上手术，往往无思想准备，短时间内难以适应这一特殊环境，更容易产生恐惧、紧张心理，导致病人呼吸、心率加快等生理反应，影响手术的顺利进行。因此，加强局部麻醉病人生理、心理的健康维护愈显重要，手术室护士除了要有娴熟的专业技术外，还应注重对门诊病人术前、术中实施有效的心理护理，充分调动病人的主观能动性，缓解病人焦虑、恐惧心理，保证手术的顺利进行。
