海上风电场内部真空断路器开断时易发生重燃,产生重燃过电压危害其安全运行。海上风电场集电线路拓扑结构会影响断路器重燃过电压。比较几种常见拓扑结构优缺点,分析断路器重燃机理,利用ATP-EMTP搭建海上风电场系统模型,讨论拓扑结构对重燃过电压的影响。结果表明断路器发生重燃的线路末端产生过电压最大;对于不同拓扑结构的系统参数,星形拓扑结构产生的过电压更小。研究结果可从过电压防护角度为海上风电场集电系统设计提供参考。

文中引入动态拓扑结构思想对接地网的未知拓扑结构进行重构,得到一系列满足一定距离阀值dij的拓扑可行解,再通过邻居互连规则进行筛选、优化从而得到接地网的最优拓扑结构。为验证重构效果,笔者对一个重构的小型接地网进行了分析,结果表明,在满足接地网导体等间距分布的前提下,当接地引下线发生偏移时,重构所得可及节点电压值的均方差更小,同时由异常的节点电压值还可推测出异常的接地引下线。
