Amyostasia Resulting from Neostigmine :A Case Report
Huli yanjiu, 1996 1 病例介绍刘某某,女,25岁。孕40周临产入院,入院6小时宫口开全,因第二产程进展缓慢、胎儿宫内窘迫,即行会阴切开术,胎头吸引助娩一男婴。患者既往心肺功能正常,无神经系统疾病。产后6小时不能自行排尿,经膀胱区局部热敷、按摩治疗无效,即按医嘱给予新斯的明0.5mg肌肉注射,约10分钟后,病人出现全身肌张力明显增高,四肢和腹部肌肉强直性痉挛,颈项强直,但患者神志清楚,面色通红,呼之能应,而说话费力,吐字不清,痛苦面容,测血压12/8kPa ...
