油浸式铁心电抗器正常运行期间其振动由绕组受力、铁心磁致伸缩效应以及铁心饼间的麦克斯韦力导致。通过构建电抗器磁—固耦合三维模型,对电抗器在3种载荷作用下的轴向及径向振动响应分布进行分析。在此基础上搭建电抗器振动试验平台获取了电抗器箱体振动信号,通过调整铁心轴向压紧力,对箱体振动信号进行采集,通过提取各机械状态下的振动频谱特征可知,随着电抗器铁心轴向压紧力降低,箱体振动信号频谱发生变化,采用3种贝叶斯优化的网络分类器模型,对不同压紧力下的机械状态进行识别,准确率分别达到了94.5%、94.2%与95.0 ...
