The vibration environment prediction method based on OPAX

本文针对东雷抽黄灌区水泵机组振动的原因分析及处理,在简要阐述水泵机组振动危害的基础上,分析了引发振动的主要原因,并提出合理的处理措施。分析结果表明,水泵机组振动,对水泵运行效率及使用寿命皆有非常重要的影响,找到引发振动的根源,并选择合理的处理方法,可大幅度提升提升水泵机组运行的稳定性,延长使用寿命,值得高度重视。

我公司主洗甲醇泵出现轴承振动值远远大于参考值,多次更换轴承并调整电机与泵轴同心度,但是振动依然未得到改善。通过计算用切割离心泵叶轮的方法最终解决振动问题,论文论述了离心泵叶轮切割改善振动的方法,并在实际工程维修中取得较好效果。

基于准线性化隐式建模方法, 建立适用于大展弦比机翼的动力学模型, 研究分布式吊舱机翼的气动弹性特点。其中结构模型采用中等变形梁模型, 气动模型采用准定常理论, 利用小扰动和有限差分法, 建立求解机翼气弹稳定性的方法。在验证结构和气动模型准确性基础上, 研究吊舱的个数、质量、展向站位、弦向/法向偏置等参数对分布式吊舱机翼气动特性的影响。分析结果发现: 吊舱越靠近机翼中部、弦向和法向偏置越大机翼稳定性越高, 但质量分布不均时反而会降低稳定性; 机翼经历了振动收敛、单频简谐振动和倍频简谐振动 ...
