“田径乃运动之母”,田径项目具有强度高,运动量大等特点,因而易发生运动损伤;在竞技类的项目中,田径项目发生运动损伤概率较大,运动员出现损伤的部位也各不相同,运动员极易因为伤病断送运动生涯,由此可见运动损伤对运动员身体和心理的影响都是极大的。因此运动员和教练员了解易发生运动损伤的部位以及容易导致损伤的原因,并找出相应的预防措施是对运动员预防伤病是十分有必要的。因此展开运动损伤产生的原因,对田径运动中各类项目易出现的损伤做出综述,最后为预防运动损伤提出建议。

Study on the reversibility of olfactory epithelium lesion induced by ZnSO4(ZnSO4损伤嗅上皮可逆性的研究)

为探讨ZnSO4对嗅上皮的损伤是否可逆,以成年SD大鼠为对象,ZnSO4或Triton X-100分别灌流单边鼻孔,用免疫组化技术,检测损伤后30、45和60 d嗅球酪氨酸羟化酶的免疫反应,结果在损伤后30 d,损伤鼻孔同侧嗅球的TH阳性细胞密度明显下降,Triton X-100损伤后45 d的TH阳性细胞密度比30 d时增加,60 d时已接近对照组,但ZnSO4损伤后45、60 d与30 d的结果类似,提示ZnSO4对嗅上皮的损伤是不可逆的.
