套种药材对红壤坡地幼龄油茶园产流产沙及氮磷流失的影响

[目的] 为探究不同药材及其套种模式对红壤坡地幼龄油茶园水—土—养分流失的影响及其适用性。[方法] 在中药材种植大省江西开展幼龄油茶园径流小区原位观测试验,设置套种地上收获药材艾(YA)、套种地下收获药材郁金+植物篱(YY)、传统水保措施秸秆覆盖+墒沟(YC)、清耕对照(CK),进行逐场次降雨下产流产沙、氮磷流失观测及综合效益评估。[结果] (1)除清耕模式外,所有有保护性措施的模式均显著减少幼龄油茶园水-土-养分流失。与CK相比,YA、YC和YY的减流效应分别为15.22%,67.30%,64.12%,

固定化菌剂IKS1强化SBR降解猪场废水中的土霉素

随着土霉素（OTC）的大量使用，猪场废水中OTC污染日益严重，威胁周边环境和生态安全。为有效处理含OTC的猪场废水，将OTC降解菌进行固定化制备了固定化菌剂IKS1，将其加入到序批式活性污泥反应器（SBR）中对废水进行强化处理。首先通过正交试验优化SBR的运行参数，之后向SBR投加IKS1评估IKS1对SBR性能的影响，并分析系统微生物群落变化。研究结果表明，SBR的最佳运行参数为进水20 min、搅拌240 min、曝气360 min、沉淀60 min、排水10 min、闲置30 min，充水比30%，
