电力系统中大量可再生清洁能源的引入在带来电能高效利用的同时也对系统控制与保护用直流断路器提出了新要求,尤其在光伏发电领域中光伏发电系统电压等级的攀升导致光伏发电用直流断路器需要承受更高的电压(>1 500 V),混合式直流断路器的出现解决了高电压下难分断的问题。在混合式直流断路器中IGBT的快速响应为直流开断快速性提供了基础,而直流微型断路器作为机械开关时能够在分断过程中使得电弧电压较短时间内上升至IGBT导通电压实现换流。通过在DC 1 000 V系统中验证混合式直流断路器的开断迅速的优势后 ...
