谷红注射液致速发性过敏性休克1例

1临床资料患者,男性,65岁,因烦渴、多饮25年,加重1周入院。入院前使用门冬胰岛素30注射液早30U、晚30U皮下注射,二甲双胍850毫克2/日口服,并时常于睡前应用重组甘精胰岛素注射液20U皮下注射降糖治疗,门诊以"2型糖尿病"收入院。既往史:高血压病病史9年,最高血压160/100mmHg,口服硝苯地平缓释片30mg 1/日,培哚普利片4mg1/日降血压,平时血压控制在150/90mmHg左右。2007年行结肠癌切除术,恢复良好。入院时查体:体温36.6℃,脉搏82次/分,呼吸16次/分 ...

袋控肥对苹果土壤Nmin及15N-氮素吸收利用和损失的影响

为了寻求改善果园土壤氮素稳定供应问题的有效措施,试验以6年生烟富3/SH6/平邑甜茶为试材,利用15N同位素标记,研究FSA(撒施)、FS+BC(一半撒施一半袋控)、BCRF(袋控缓释肥)对土壤Nmin及氮素吸收、利用和损失的影响。结果表明:在苹果整个生长季BCRF处理土壤Nmin含量保持平稳,FSA处理短期内土壤Nmin含量迅速升高,然后又急剧降低。在果实成熟期植株体内氮素BCRF处理(121.64 g)高于FSA处理(79.01 g)和FS+BC处理(95.92 g ...

基于稻田控水减排的氮肥运筹试验研究

为改善江汉平原地区稻田水肥管理措施,采用田间小区试验,研究了常规淹灌(CF)和浅灌深蓄(SIDS)条件下,农民习惯施肥(FFP)、30%尿素+70%控释参混肥(30%N+70%CRF)和优化减氮施肥(OPT-N)对水稻各生育阶段稻田氮磷流失特征、养分吸收和土壤养分积累的影响。结果表明:与CF处理相比,SIDS处理田间灌溉水量、总用水量、径流量和渗漏量分别降低41.7%,18.5%,45.8%和21.9%,降雨利用率增加16.2%,TN和TP径流流失量分别降低32.6%~35.9%和36.4%~53.1%,
