目的解析土壤有机氮解聚过程的关键生物地球化学机制及其调控途径,对提升土壤氮素有效性、减少化学氮肥依赖具有重要科学意义。方法系统综述国内外有机氮解聚相关研究进展,明确解聚底物的来源特征与化学组成,总结归纳解聚作用的量化方法,分析解聚过程的主要影响因素及调控途径。结果主要源于微生物的蛋白质类物质(包括蛋白质和多肽)构成土壤中最大的有机氮库,通过氨基酸-15N同位素稀释法测定土壤总蛋白解聚过程中新产生的游离氨基酸通量,可量化土壤有机氮解聚动态。有机氮解聚酶活性及其分泌量是调控解聚过程的关键因素,土壤母质 ...
