Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2011 目的对阴道加德纳菌基因组DNA几种不同的提取方法进行比较,以利于细菌性阴道病的研究。方法采用几种不同方法提取阴道加德纳菌基因组DNA,对不同方法提取的细菌基因组DNA进行定量检测,以评价不同方法的提取效率。结果加德纳菌基因组DNA提取以改良法提取率较高,酚-氯仿抽提法、醋酸钾法次之,碱裂解煮沸法和溶菌酶煮沸法提取效率较差,加热煮沸法提取效率低。结论改良法提取GV基因组DNA效率较好,适用于临床应用。

Zhongguo youzhi旨在促进葵花籽饼的高值化利用，采用低共熔溶剂（DES）提取葵花籽饼中绿原酸和总黄酮。以60%乙醇提取法为对照，绿原酸和总黄酮得率为评价指标，先从11种DES中确定最佳提取溶剂，在此基础上进一步考察提取时间、料液比、提取温度、DES含水量对绿原酸和总黄酮提取效果的影响，从而确定绿原酸和总黄酮的最优提取工艺。结果表明：综合考虑提取效果和成本，确定氯化胆碱-乳酸（物质的量比1∶ 2）为最佳提取溶剂；绿原酸的最优提取工艺条件为提取时间60 min、提取温度70 ℃、料液比1∶ 30和DES含水量30 ...

四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 2007 本文对手写体数字的特征提取方法进行了讨论,分析了当前使用较多的三种特征提取方法,指出了各自的优缺点,并在此基础上提出了一种新的特征提取方案,即13点特征提取方法,该方法从每个字符中提取关键的13个点作为特征点,其主要特点是特征提取简单有效,节省了特征提取时间,提高了识别系统的运行速度.用同一种网络对特征提取后的结果进行训练和识别.仿真结果表明,13点特征提取法用于手写体数字的识别有着极好的适应性,在运行速度和识别率上比起其它算法都有很大的提高,从而极大地证实了新算法的有效性及实用性.

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2020 目的探讨在高原地区采用AMBION抽提试剂盒提取RNA的最佳条件。方法采用AMBION抽提试剂盒,对126份大鼠耳蜗(每份耳蜗分为2组,实验组和对照组)提取RNA,实验组采用AMBION抽提试剂盒优化条件提取RNA,对照组按照AMBION抽提试剂盒说明书提取RNA。结果实验组和对照组均能成功提取大鼠耳蜗组织RNA,总RNA的提取量分别为:0.896±0.348μg,0.536±0.404μg(P>0.05);实验组RNA浓度高于对照组,分别为:0.147±0.047μg/μl,0.072±0.022μg/
