Zhongguo youzhi, 2022 建立了适用于蛋黄卵磷脂（供注射用）中棕榈酸、棕榈油酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、花生四烯酸、二十二碳六烯酸含量测定的分析方法。样品在具塞试管直接水浴加热甲酯化，正庚烷常温振荡提取后进气相色谱仪在起始柱温210 ℃下进行分析，利用外标法计算7种脂肪酸的含量。方法的专属性、精密度、准确度、耐用性考察均符合规定，在一定的质量浓度范围内，7种脂肪酸甲酯质量浓度与峰面积具有良好的线性关系，相关系数均大于0.999。该方法适用于蛋黄卵磷脂（供注射用）中7种脂肪酸含量的测定。 The method for the ...

四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 2013 利用超声波辅助提取见血青(Liparis nervosa(Thunb.)Lindl.)总生物碱,研究了液料比、提取时间、乙醇体积分数、提取温度这4个因素对总生物碱提取率的影响,通过正交试验确定见血青中总生物碱的最佳提取工艺.结果表明,超声波辅助提取的影响因素顺序为提取温度>提取时间>乙醇体积分数>液料比.该研究得到了最佳的提取工艺为提取温度60℃,超声时间60min,乙醇体积分数80%,液料比1∶9,为见血青总生物碱工业化生产工艺的建立提供依据.

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2011 目的对阴道加德纳菌基因组DNA几种不同的提取方法进行比较,以利于细菌性阴道病的研究。方法采用几种不同方法提取阴道加德纳菌基因组DNA,对不同方法提取的细菌基因组DNA进行定量检测,以评价不同方法的提取效率。结果加德纳菌基因组DNA提取以改良法提取率较高,酚-氯仿抽提法、醋酸钾法次之,碱裂解煮沸法和溶菌酶煮沸法提取效率较差,加热煮沸法提取效率低。结论改良法提取GV基因组DNA效率较好,适用于临床应用。

Role of funders in embedding tests in conservation practice
Conservation Biology, EarlyView.Abstract Effective conservation practice requires decisions based on reliable and relevant evidence, but significant gaps in the evidence base exist. Incorporating well‐designed tests of the effectiveness of interventions for biodiversity in conservation projects is one of the best ways to scale up the rate of evidence generation.
