基于S-L模型的憎水性图像水珠形状提取

憎水性图像水珠形状提取是绝缘子憎水性等级评价的重要前提。Snake模型在提取边界轮廓时存在着对初始轮廓敏感、边界信息捕捉能力较差等问题,为此笔者在S-L模型的基础上,利用水珠图像的先验信息来改进S-L模型对水珠形状的提取过程,在一定程度上克服了Snake模型的缺点,提高了轮廓形变过程中的拓扑能力,提高了形状提取的精确度。实验结果表明,该方法有效地实现了水珠形状的提取,为后续绝缘子性能的等级评价提供依据。

随着Internet的迅速发展,为人们提供了大量的信息,但这些信息都包含在网页中,为了使用这些信息数据,需要将数据从网页中提取出来.本文介绍了一种新的基于智能的网页信息提取系统EIES,通过对RoadRunner的改进和利用,在提取过程中不需人工干预,实现了信息提取的智能化.实验表明,该系统能够更准确、更有效地分类相似网页和提取网页信息.

60Co-γ射线辐照佛手提取液提升其生物活性

本研究以佛手提取液为原料,采用60Co γ射线辐照处理提升其多酚含量,并评估其在保湿、皮肤刺激性、抗氧化、美白及抗炎等方面的护肤功效。结果表明,随着吸收剂量的增加,提取液中的总多酚含量逐步升高,且其对2,2-二苯基-1-三硝基肼基自由基的清除效率与吸收剂量呈正相关。在变色硅胶和46%湿度条件下,佛手提取液表现出较高的保湿率,其保湿性能优于甘油和透明质酸钠。皮肤刺激性测试结果显示,高浓度佛手提取液处理后皮肤呈现白皙光洁状态,且无刺激性,而低浓度下无刺激反应。在0~50 kGy吸收剂量范围内 ...

半翅目蝽科昆虫小皱蝽(Cyclopelta parva Distant)抗菌物质的诱导、提取及活性检测

小皱蝽是半翅目蝽科外生翅类昆虫,以其为实验材料,蘸取大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌菌液,针刺小皱蝽成虫腹部,诱导免疫防御反应,24 h后收集虫体.应用11种溶剂提取昆虫抗菌物质,黑曲霉生长抑制试验及琼脂孔半径扩散试验检测提取物的抗真菌、抗细菌活性,筛选最适提取溶剂.结果表明,80%甲醇能较好提取小皱蝽成虫的抗真菌、抗细菌物质,0.05%TFA的昆虫生理盐水浸提能较好提取小皱蝽成虫的抗细菌物质.两种抗菌物质提取液经超速离心、超滤、固相萃取分级分离,活性回收率分别为14.22%、11.54%,纯化倍数分别为4 ...

Prolonged Nutrient Enrichment Slows the Recovery of Biodiversity and Productivity After Its Cessation

Grassland recovery following nutrient cessation is asymmetric and strongly shaped by nutrient enrichment history. Higher nutrient addition rates and longer enrichment duration caused larger departures from control conditions, with biomass recovering more rapidly than species richness over decadal timescales.

水酶法酸枣仁油的提取工艺优化、体外抗氧化活性和脂肪酸组成研究Optimization of aqueous enzymatic extraction, in vitro antioxidant activity and fatty acid composition of wild jujube seed oil

为了对水酶法提取酸枣仁油的工业化应用提供参考,以酸枣仁为原料,通过单因素试验和响应面试验对水酶法提取酸枣仁油的工艺条件进行优化,并将水酶法提取的酸枣仁油与索氏提取法和超声辅助提取法提取的酸枣仁油的体外抗氧化活性和脂肪酸组成进行比较。结果表明:水酶法提取酸枣仁油的最优工艺条件为料液比1∶ 2、碱性蛋白酶添加量3%、酶解温度40 ℃、酶解时间9 h、酶解 pH 10,在此条件下酸枣仁油提取率达54.84%;与其他2种工艺提取的酸枣仁油相比,水酶法提取的酸枣仁油体外抗氧化活性最强 ...
