泌尿生殖道非淋菌性感染及耐药性分析

目的 比较不同性别患者标本中支原体和衣原体分离率及对 6种抗菌素的耐药性。方法 采用IST和VI DAS试剂盒 ,对 4 5 5例疑为NGU患者的泌尿生殖道标本进行了支原体和衣原体检测 ,同时对支原体检测阳性标本进行了菌落计数和抗生素敏感性检测。结果  4 5 5例标本中支原体和衣原体分离率为 36 8% ,其中男性标本中支原体和衣原体分离率为 19 9% ,女性标本中支原体和衣原体分离率为 5 2 3%。Uu菌落计数结果 ,≥ 10 4 cfu ml比较女性(74 4 % )高于男性 (6 0

女性生殖道解脲支原体及人型支原体的分离及耐药性分析

目的了解解脲支原体及人型支原体的感染情况及对常用抗生素的敏感性。方法应用支原体定量培养及药敏试验一体化的方法检测我院妇科门诊就诊患者宫颈分泌物,分析支原体的感染情况及对抗生素的敏感性。结果1 129例患者宫颈分泌物中培养出512例支原体,其中主要是解脲支原体。解脲支原体对四环素类抗生素最为敏感,强力霉素及美满霉素敏感性超过95%,而对于临床常用的阿奇霉素、罗红霉素及左氧氟沙星等敏感性不足30%。结论支原体感染是女性生殖道感染较常见的病原体,而且对常用抗生素的耐药现象也很严重。
