, 2017 目的 分析莫西沙星不良反应的特点,探讨其临床用药的安全性问题。方法 选取我院肺科2015年12月—2016年12月使用莫西沙星（拜复乐）后产生不良反应的60例患者临床资料,对其进行回顾性分析,并且从药物结构、相互作用等多个方面探讨莫西沙星的用药安全性问题。结果 在60例不良反应中,有48例以注射方式给药,12例以口服方式给药。其不良反应累及系统/器官为：皮肤损害19例、中枢神经系统损伤18例、心血管系统损伤13例、横纹肌溶解症6例、其他损伤4例。结论 临床需要对莫西沙星用药安全性加以重视 ...
