Zoonotic sporotrichosis occurs mainly through S. brasiliensis transmission, resulting from the organism's traumatic introduction via scratches or bites, or contact with exudate from contaminated cats.

Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1999 目的:了解广州地区女性生殖道支原体感染及药敏状况及其临床意义。方法: 收集我院妇科门诊543例宫颈分 泌物标本进行支原体培养及药敏分析。结果: 本院妇科门诊生殖道支原体感染率 60. 8%; 其中,解脲脲原体感染占 68. 9%; 新 一代大环内酯类药及喹诺酮类药对解脲脲原体的敏感性较高; 支原体混合感染可使其耐药性提高 6～ 12 倍。结论: 宫颈分泌 物支原体阳性标本的药敏试验有助于本地区妇科门诊合理用药, 减少盲目性。

We proposed taxonomic changes including the establishment of a new family Borysthenidae stat. rev. and a new superfamily Meenoploidea superfam.

支原体肺炎患者中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶、急性时相反应蛋白及细胞因子检测的临床意义
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2018 目的探讨支原体肺炎患者中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶、急性时相反应蛋白及细胞因子检测的临床意义。方法选取2015年12月-2016年10月期间我院收治的肺炎患者212例为研究对象,对感染支原体的临床危险因素进行统计分析,同时对支原体感染患者和非感染患者的中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶、急性时相反应蛋白及细胞因子指标进行比较分析。结果 212例肺炎患者中支原体肺炎患者98例,支原体感染率为46.23%;年龄、低补体状态、流行接触史、IgM阳性结节影、磨玻璃样影、树芽征是影响肺炎支原体感染的独立危险因素 ...

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2013 解脲支原体和人型支原体通常引起人类泌尿生殖系统感染,是非淋菌性尿道炎的主要病原体[1],尤其是在育龄妇女人群中感染已经形成流行趋势。近年来由于大量抗生素的不合理应用,支原体对常用抗生素的耐药性呈现上升趋势。为了解本地区支原体在妇女中的感染率及对抗生素的敏感性,本研究对1029例宫颈分泌物进行支原体的培养及抗生素敏感性试验,现将分析结果报道如下。

Research of pharmacological effect basis of usual clinical medications with camellia oil [PDF]
, 2015 目的探讨茶油多种临床用药可能的药理药效基础。方法将油茶籽经两次95%的乙醇回流提取后浓缩至不含乙醇和水的提取物,取其中的茶油部分作为试验药物;用肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tnf-α)处理人乳腺癌细胞系(MCf-7)细胞建立细胞炎症模型,进一步用蛋白质印迹技术观察药物处理对细胞炎症因子Iκb-α表达的影响进而评价茶油是否具有抗炎活性。结果从油茶籽提取得到的茶油显著地抑制细胞中Tnf-α诱导的Iκb-α的降解从而抑制炎症发生。结论茶油对细胞显示良好的抗炎作用,这种特性可能是其临床应用于治疗皮肤过敏、暗疮、疥癣 ...
