过电压下电气设备局部放电特性研究现状

电气设备局部放电往往是由过电压所激发的,研究过电压下电气设备局部放电特性对电气设备过电压防护和故障诊断具有重要的意义。相同的绝缘缺陷在不同电压波形作用下局部放电特性明显不同;相同电压波形作用下不同绝缘缺陷局部放电特征也存在明显的差异。从过电压的产生原因出发,对不同类型过电压的特点和不同类型过电压下SF6气体绝缘和油纸绝缘典型绝缘缺陷的局部放电特性进行了归纳总结。指出多电压联合下的局部放电特性研究更能描述电气设备的实际运行情况。

油纸绝缘沿面放电小波矩特征信息提取及其过程划分

油纸绝缘沿面放电是变压器内局部放电的主要形式,研究其产生及发展特性,能有效诊断运行变压器的潜伏性缺陷。笔者基于典型油纸绝缘沿面放电模型,采用恒压法开展局部放电发展特性试验研究。采集沿面放电发展过程中不同时刻的信号样本,提取了不同阶段沿面放电灰度图像的小波矩特征参量。对新特征参量进行无监督聚类分析,聚类结果结合不同时刻的信息将沿面放电发展过程分为初始、发展、稳定、预击穿4个阶段,为沿面放电发展特性研究提出了一种新的方法。

10 kV电力电缆本体局放信号传播特性的实验研究与仿真分析

探究局部放电在电缆中的传播特性对于信号放电水平的测定、放电位置的定位及与环境干扰噪声的区分均有着重要的意义。以配电网10 kV电力电缆为研究对象,测量了4种放电量(2、5、10、20 nC)的放电信号在100~600 m电缆本体中传播特性,得到了放电量和幅值随传播距离的变化规律,分析了不同频率分量的局放信号随传播距离的衰减特性,最后在CST软件中对放电信号在电缆中的传播进行了仿真,验证了实验的有效性,并讨论了误差产生的原因。实验结果表明:放电信号的幅值变化呈现负指数衰减,但由于信号脉宽在不断增大 ...
