晚期乳腺癌患者Survivin的表达情况及与放疗敏感性的关系

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2009 目的了解解脲支原体及人型支原体的感染情况及对常用抗生素的敏感性。方法应用支原体定量培养及药敏试验一体化的方法检测我院妇科门诊就诊患者宫颈分泌物,分析支原体的感染情况及对抗生素的敏感性。结果1 129例患者宫颈分泌物中培养出512例支原体,其中主要是解脲支原体。解脲支原体对四环素类抗生素最为敏感,强力霉素及美满霉素敏感性超过95%,而对于临床常用的阿奇霉素、罗红霉素及左氧氟沙星等敏感性不足30%。结论支原体感染是女性生殖道感染较常见的病原体,而且对常用抗生素的耐药现象也很严重。
