摘要: 所谓“职业能力”是指个体将所学的知识、技能和态度在特定的职业活动或情境中进行类化、迁移和整合所形成的能完成一定职业任务的能力。护理职业能力是护理知识、操作技能、临床思维、职业态度等的综合体现。护理院校培养的护理人才应具有良好的护理专业职业情感、精湛的护理专业技能、灵活的临床思维能力,能适应医院及社区用人需要,紧贴护理岗位需求。
