The effect of preoperative visiting on anxiety of patients with surgical operation [PDF]
目的 探讨术前访视对减轻手术患者焦虑的作用。方法 将360例择期手术患者随机分为两组各180例，即实验组和对照组。实验组除医生术前常规谈话外还有手术室护士术前一日到病房做针对性的术前访视，所有问卷调查表均由患者自愿作答，而对照组仅有医生术前常规谈话，对比分析两组患者心理及生理的应激反应变化。结果 实验组经访视后，焦虑评分及术中血压、心率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对择期手术患者进行术前访视能降低其围手术期的心理及生理反应。Objective: To ...
