Gaoya dianqi, 2020 为了提升环保环网柜的绝缘性能,文中提出一种新型环保环网柜用固封极柱设计方案,它将真空开关与三工位集成浇注为一整体,充分利用复合绝缘,将分散零部件归整,结构简单紧凑,从整体结构上避免了绝缘薄弱环节。基于所述的一体式极柱,研制出一种新型环保环网柜,其结构尺寸完全满足国网环保环网柜标准化设计要求。随后进行了3维电场计算绝缘分析和样机试验验证,结果表明,设计的新型的环保环网柜具有优良的绝缘性能,在零表压下通过绝缘试验。
