人体生物敷料移植治疗中老年患者难愈性创面的临床效果 [PDF]

目的探讨人体生物敷料（人脱细胞真皮基质）移植治疗中老年患者难愈性创面的临床效果。方法采用回顾性观察研究，纳入2023年1月至2024年12月温州医科大学附属第一医院收治的104例符合入选标准的中老年难愈性创面患者，其中男性74例，女性30例，年龄56~95岁。患者创面清创后面积为1.0~48.0 cm²，经7 d负压封闭引流后行人体生物敷料移植，后续依据创面情况和患者意愿采用自体皮肤移植术或换药促进创面愈合。观察指标包括人体生物敷料移植后肌腱和骨组织外露情况以及肌腱感染或骨髓炎发生情况 ...
