Dianci bileiqi为研究某变电站运行中的跌落式熔断器瓷绝缘子发生断裂其断裂原因。从材料的角度进行宏观形貌、微观形貌及能谱成分分析判断瓷绝缘子断裂的原因。并通过仿真建模，分析了中部铁件浇筑时的偏心程度对中部胶装水泥最大受力情况的影响。结果表明：裂纹源在瓷绝缘子内部，在开合操作过程中，产生一定的交变应力，最终断裂形式为疲劳断裂。铁件、胶合剂和瓷件外表面处未进行防水处理，使得雨水渗入内部，温度变化产生膨胀应力，同时铁件、胶合剂与瓷件结合处未涂刷缓冲防护层，使得铁件、瓷件及胶合剂三者产生热应力 ...
