Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2020 【目的】探讨并分析新型冠状病毒肺炎重症病例的临床特点，以提高对该病的认识。【方法】回顾分析我院收治的1例新型冠状病毒肺炎重症病例特点，包括一般资料、临床表现、实验室检验结果、胸部影像、治疗、并发症及预后，讨论重症病例的临床特点。【结果】该例新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例为61岁男性，有基础疾病。临床表现包括发热、咳嗽、乏力与气促。检验结果示白细胞不高，淋巴细胞总数降低，乳酸脱氢酶升高及低氧血症。胸部影像示双肺炎性渗出。经1周支持、抗感染、抗炎、免疫调节等治疗后病情仍进行性加重，并发重度急性呼吸窘迫综合征 ...

Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2020 2019年末，新型冠状病毒感染引起的以肺部病变为主的新型传染病“新型冠状病毒肺炎”出现流行。中山大学附属第一医院医护人员第一时间赴重灾区支援抗击疫情，救治重症患者。在救治过程中创造性的在普通病房开设了高级生命支持单元，为新冠肺炎危重型患者的救治创造了条件，有效地降低了危重型患者的病死率。中山一院医护人员在诊治数百例患者经验的基础上，结合临床实践、国内外相关文献，归纳出重症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的诊治推荐方案。

Yixue kexue ban, 2020 重型/危重型占所有新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）患者的比例为18%~20%，但病死率高达49.0%~61.5%，占所有COVID-19死亡的100%。高龄（> 60岁）和合并基础疾病是造成重型/危重型高病死率的主要原因。这主要与合并基础疾病的老年患者器官功能下降，耐受缺氧、炎症等损害的代偿能力降低，使其病程进展加速有关。因此，必须组建多学科团队，制定个体化方案，准确预判病情进展，及时干预，才能有效地降低病死率。我们具体的做法是施行了“多学科立体管理、个体化综合方案”的救治模式。方案遵守“三个原则”
