目的对11例维持性血液透析患者感染新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床资料进行分析,旨在对血液透析患者感染新型冠状病毒的诊疗提供参考。方法收集2019年12月1日至2020年3月1日期间在中部战区总医院全军血液净化中心行规律血液透析治疗的终末期肾脏病患者的临床资料,经筛查确诊感染新型冠状病毒的患者,对其临床资料进行分析。结果 455例维持性血液透析患者中,有11例确诊感染新型冠状病毒,其中无轻型患者,普通型4例,重型4例,危重型3例。至2020年3月12日,3例痊愈,5例仍在治疗中,目前病情平稳;3例病情恶化 ...
