Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2023 肝门静脉积气(HPVG)作为一种影像学征象，在接受化疗的患者中罕有发生，其出现多认为伴随着较差的预后及较高的死亡率。本文报道1例胃癌腹腔转移的患者，在首次接受腹腔热灌注化疗(HIPEC)联合ROX方案治疗时，突发下消化道出血伴HPVG。1 病例资料患者女性，72岁，2020年10月10日于梅河口市中心医院行腹腔镜探查时诊断为胃癌腹腔广泛转移，计划后续进行腹腔热灌注化疗(HIPEC)联合ROX方案的新辅助化疗(NC)。

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2009 目的探讨乳腺癌新辅助化疗对血清肝细胞生长因子水平的影响及相关临床意义。方法应用酶链免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测100例可手术乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗前及术后的血清肝细胞因子水平,并评估其水平与乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效的关系。结果血清肝细胞生长因子水平与乳腺癌的分期密切相关（P=0.018）;血清肝细胞生长因子水平在治疗前后的变化与新辅助化疗效果密切相关。结论血清肝细胞生长因子可能在乳腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用,可能是预测化疗疗效的独立指标。
