某钢结构工业厂房屋盖采用焊接球节点正放四角锥钢网架结构形式,结构面积大,杆件数量多,现场焊接作业量大。施工中开发和应用了组合单元吊装及液压同步提升安装的混合施工技术。对施工全过程进行了仿真模拟分析,验证了该安装技术的可行性,为网架的顺利施工提供了理论依据。该施工技术可大幅减少现场高空焊接作业量,有效缩短工期,保证施工质量,可应用于类似钢结构网架的安装。
