Jianzhu Gangjiegou Jinzhan, 2005 重庆江北机场航站楼钢结构由于结构复杂、体量大、构件重、跨内混凝土结构已先期完成、场地条件限制等原因,不宜常规吊装,采用“跨端组装,累积平移”的新工艺和计算机控制液压同步顶推技术进行施工,取得较好效益。本文介绍该工程的结构特点、施工难点、技术方案,以及施工阶段多工况结构分析、整体平移安装工艺、三向承力支承系统、减摩技术、计算机同步控制和姿态调节等关键技术与创新。

Jianzhu Gangjiegou Jinzhan, 2011 本文根据结构特点和施工环境,采用技术先进、安全可靠、方便快捷的"高空定点拼装、累积旋转滑移"施工技术,完成了158m大跨度折面型空间网格钢屋盖结构的安装。采用此定点拼装、累积旋转滑移技术,顺利地完成了主体育馆钢屋盖钢结构安装,最大限度地减少了钢结构施工对其它专业施工的影响,在保证施工安全的前提下,节约了安全措施成本,更好地保证了施工质量,保证了合同节点工期。工程实施过程中从未发生过一起安全事故,工程一次交验合格。
