随着城市发展,浅埋暗挖法施工因其具有拆迁范围小、对周边环境及居民影响小、对城市交通干扰少等优点,在城市地铁、管廊、管道等施工中运用越来越普遍。浅埋暗挖法施工的重点与难点在于地层预加固及地表沉降控制,施工中要遵循“管超前、严注浆、短开挖、强支护、快封闭、勤量测”十八字方针。论文提到的案例是某城市地下综合管廊工程项目建设,这个项目通过系统的专业监测,对地下管廊采用浅埋暗挖法施工中产生的地表沉降进行分析,并通过监测数据指导施工,找到针对性的解决及优化措施,从而保证工程安全与质量。

温州机场张弦结构非张拉建立预应力施工技术

张弦结构由上弦刚体、下弦柔性拉杆及其之间的刚性撑杆构成。异形张弦梁钢拉杆非张拉建立预应力施工技术,即在张弦梁安装阶段对上弦刚体进行预变形处理,并调节钢拉杆的长度,再通过卸载临时支撑,上弦刚体回弹,在撑杆的作用下钢拉杆被动受拉,从而为张弦梁建立预应力,临时支撑的卸载过程即为张弦梁的加载过程。实施该方法之前先进行全过程施工模拟计算,施工过程中进行应力-应变监测,施工完成后对钢拉杆进行内力检测。结果表明,该施工技术的力学原理成立,操作简便,内力转换高效,精度满足要求,对类似工程具有参考意义。
