Dianci bileiqi, 2014 根据ZnO压敏电阻（MOV）在冲击电流作用下的动态伏安特性,结合空穴诱导隧道击穿理论,提出了氧化锌压敏电阻在冲击电流作用下产生电流滞后现象的原因,并得出影响滞后时间的主要因素包括冲击过程中的冲击电流幅值以及MOV自身的静态参数特性。通过大量实验数据分析得出:随着压敏电压的增大,滞后时间Δt逐渐减短;在冲击小电流区域滞后时间Δt变化不大;在冲击大电流区域滞后时间随冲击电流幅值的增大,滞后时间Δt逐渐增长。
