野生动物学报, 2019 火烧是扎龙保护区一个主要的生境干扰类型。为了了解散养丹顶鹤针对火烧而形成的行为时间分配差异，本文采用定点观察法、焦点取样法对火烧区不同情景下散养丹顶鹤孵化期行为差异进行了比较分析。结果显示：（1）扎龙保护区，散养丹顶鹤孵化期的行为以孵化、觅食、警戒为主（92.48%）；（2）火烧区的出现，散养丹顶鹤的孵化、觅食、警戒行为时间分配会略高，而理羽和翻卵行为时间分配会略低；这种变化与火烧区的距离呈一定相关性。但卡方检验显示出，火烧区的存在和火烧区距离不影响散养丹顶鹤繁殖行为时间分配。进一步分析表明：轻度火烧下，

野生动物学报, 2013 为了研究圈养丹顶鹤幼鸟的行为发育规律,为今后的丹顶鹤保护以及再引入工程提供有价值的资料,2011年6～9月,采用目标动物取样法和瞬时扫描取样法,在扎龙自然保护区对6只笼养丹顶鹤幼鸟进行了研究。研究了圈养丹顶鹤幼鸟生长发育过程中的行为谱及其变化和日间行为规律的变化。结果表明,随着周龄的增加,幼鸟的休息行为时间分配随着周龄的变化明显减少,游走、取食、理羽和警戒行为的时间分配随着周龄的变化有所增加,而玩耍行为的时间分配先逐渐增大然后减少并稳定。最后,圈养丹顶鹤幼鸟的各行为时间分配分别为:游走14.83 ...
