城市居民近郊休闲场所风格偏好研究对于近郊休闲企业场所建设、市场开发等意义重大。本文通过抽样调查获取了丰富的基础数据,进而对城市居民近郊休闲场所风格偏好进行了系统分析。通过单一样本T检验与均值比较,得出城市居民对近郊休闲场所风格偏好排序,发现城市居民对绿色、生态、清新、悠闲与优美等近郊休闲场所风格表现出特别的偏好,而对于现代、古老、私密、神秘与刺激等近郊休闲场所风格偏好相对较弱;通过探索性因子和验证性因子分析,发现城市居民近郊休闲场所风格偏好可分为乡村田园风格、现代时尚风格、古老神秘风格 ...
