降雨泥石流预报的研究

准确预报泥石流的发生、到达时间和规模,需要了解流域的基本情况以及泥石流形成的原因和条件。本文以云南省东川蒋家沟为例,以流域降雨产流量为基础,对泥石流暴发,到达时间及暴发规模的预报作了系统的研究。以10min降雨雨强为基本依据,计算10min降雨的产流及形成径流的单宽流量,从而预报泥石流的发生,由此可以计算泥石流的运动速度、预报泥石流的到达时间。以10min激发降雨的产流及形成径流总量,结合泥石流中泥沙体积浓度和流域堵塞系数,计算出泥石流总量,从而预报泥石流的发生规模。

强暴雨环境棒—板短空气间隙雨柱断裂特性研究

强暴雨的发生会短接输电线路、杆塔、绝缘子串空气间隙绝缘距离,致使其发生雨闪事故,危害电网安全运行。为了研究强暴雨条件下空气间隙雨柱断裂特性及其对放电特性的影响规律,文中针对棒—板短空气间隙采用仿真结合试验的方式开展了雨柱断裂特性研究。结果表明:在不同流速条件下,雨柱断裂长度均随外施电压的增加而降低,但降低的趋势与流速呈负相关;雨柱临界长度随流速的增加而增大,且随雨水电导率的增大而减小,但降低的趋势随之增大;雨柱断裂的直径和断裂时刻均随外施电压的增大而减小,两者变化率均与雨柱直径正相关 ...
