有限元法计算技术在机械产品中的应用有限元法是五十年代从经典力学和数学变分原理的基础上发展起来的一种结构应力数值计算方法。由于它具有精确、快速、灵活等优点,近年来已为工程计算广泛应用。其原理是把所需计算的物体剖分成有限个形状简单的“单元”,单元之间由“节点”联系,利用力学原理,把问题化为一组以节点位移为未知量的线性代数方程组,解方程组就可得到应力分析结果。由于单元可以拼成任意形状,对复杂的边界能较好逼近,因此可以用来解决形状复杂的物体的应力分析问题。
