齿轮可靠度计算的概率有限元法——第Ⅰ部分:基于齿根弯曲疲劳强度的计算
本文结合概率有限元法与齿轮的疲劳强度理论,提出了一种预测齿轮疲劳强度可靠性的新方法。该方法的提出既解决了将概率有限元法应用于复杂结构的疲劳强度可靠性分析问题,又使齿轮的疲劳强度可靠性预测在现有水平上得以提高。本文以齿轮的齿根弯曲疲劳强度可靠性分析为例,给出了概率有限元法计算可靠度的方程与解法。算例的计算结果与实际应用情况十分相近。

深圳平安金融中心采用了巨型型钢混凝土柱,其最大截面尺寸为6.525m×3.2m。对整个工程做了简要的介绍,探讨了工程巨型柱脚的设计难点,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对巨型型钢混凝土柱脚进行了有限元分析,获得了钢骨、钢底板、混凝土及钢筋的应力状态,对比了有限元分析结果与现行规范的计算结果,验证了该工程柱脚设计的可靠性,根据相关分析结论采取了有效的构造措施。有关结论和成果可为相关工程提供参考。
