Huli yanjiu, 2008 摘要： 免费在线浏览：摘要：［目的］探讨应用补片治疗腹壁巨大切口疝病人的护理。［方法］对24例手术病人进行针对性地术前护理和心理护理，术中积极配合，术后观察护理。［结果］本组24例病人术后恢复顺利，无严重并发症，均痊愈出院。［结论］恰当有效的观察和护理对腹壁巨大切口疝病人的康复起着重要的作用。

Experience of nursing care for diabetes patients undergoing cervical intervertebral disc arthroplasty [PDF]
目的 探讨糖尿病患者行人工颈椎间盘置换术手术前后的护理方法。方法 对64例颈椎病合并糖尿病患者进行降糖治疗和护理，行择期手术，术后在创伤骨科疾病护理的基础上结合糖尿病患者的护理常规，对64例患者进行护理，包括观察伤口，预防并发症，监测血糖，降糖宣教，饮食护理和功能锻炼等措施。结果 64例行人工颈椎间盘置换术的糖尿病患者均顺利渡过围术期，切口甲级愈合，未发生并发症，临床症状缓解或消失。置换节段稳定并部分恢复了颈椎正常的活动范围。结论 做好手术全过程的护理，尤其是加强术后护理 ...
