Huli yanjiu, 2008 摘要： 摘要：［目的］分析宫颈癌根治术后常见并发症发生的原因，探讨宫颈癌术后护理措施。［方法］回顾性分析我科2000年1月―2007年12月间行子宫颈癌根治术(广泛性子宫切除术+盆腔淋巴结清扫术) 的247例病人术后并发症的情况。［结果］术后并发症主要为尿潴留、淋巴囊肿、泌尿系感染，其发生率分别为24.7%、15.7%、8.5%。［结论］通过对宫颈癌术后常见并发症发生原因的分析，及时为病人制订合理的护理措施，从而加强对宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留、淋巴囊肿、泌尿系感染的防治，有效提高临床护理工作质量。

The Application of Phone Follow-up in the Health Guidance of Patients with Bile Ducts Stones Undergoing Surgery [PDF]
肝内外胆管结石患者在接受手术治疗后大多带T管出院，出院后对于T管的护理常常会出现各种问题。2013年1月-2014年10月在本科诊断为肝内外胆管结石并行手术治疗后留置T管带管出院的患者共125例，通过电话随访形式由患者本人或直系家属进行问卷随访并建立随访登记数据库。结果显示带T管出院患者出现问题较多是：患者或家属自行护理引流管能力较差共68例；预防T管脱落意识较薄弱共34例；切口护理能力不强共31例；遵医嘱意识较模糊共29例；心理上存在不同程度的紧张及焦虑共67例。随访过程中给予相应的健康指导 ...

Experience in nursing hydronephrosis with infection during pregnancy [PDF]
目的 探讨妊娠合并肾积水伴感染患者的护理要点。方法 本组选取自2014年6月—2015年2月于徐州医学院附属医院住院的20例妊娠合并肾积水伴感染的患者，通过及早进行经尿道膀胱输尿管支架管置入术，并给予密切观察病情变化、预防感染及并发症、配合心理护理以及液体疗法。结果 20例患者全部顺利置入输尿管双J管，术中和术后无明显并发症，经抗炎治疗后所有患者48h内体温恢复正常，腰痛症状消失。胎儿出生后无畸形、智力障碍及先天性疾病报告。结论 根据妊娠期肾积水伴感染的特点进行早期护理干预 ...
